There’s nothing quite like the feeling of giving a gift that really means something, such as one that speaks straight to the heart. A hand-painted ink & watercolor home portrait does just that.
At Green Hearts Studio, every brushstroke tells heartfelt stories of new beginnings, cherished memories, of the places we call home.

A Gift That Lasts Beyond the Moment
Homes hold our laughter, our quiet mornings, and the milestones that make our lives meaningful.
That’s why an ink and watercolor home portrait isn’t just a painting, it’s a celebration of those memories, captured in color and light.
Whether it’s for a first home, a new chapter, or to honor a beloved family house, it’s a gift that becomes an heirloom, one that brings warmth every time it’s seen.
Perfect for Life’s Big Transitions
- Housewarming – Welcome them home with something personal and timeless.
- Wedding or Anniversary – Celebrate the story they’re building together.
- Moving Away – Keep a piece of “home” close, no matter where life leads.
Watercolor brings these places to life in a way photos can’t – soft, organic, and full of heart.
How It Works
- Send me a favorite photo of the home. You can contact me on how to choose the perfect photo or click here to read “How to Commission a Custom Home Watercolor Portrait.”
- Choose your size and any personal touches.
- I paint your portrait by hand, mat it, then carefully package it ready to be framed, gifted and hung. (I do offer custom framing as well.)
Every piece I create is unique, painted with care and a little bit of heart in every layer.
A Gift That Feels Like Home
One realtor client recently told me, “Your beautiful picture [portrait] brought tears to their eyes.”
That’s the power of something handmade and personal.
If you’re ready to give a gift that will be remembered and displayed with love for years to come, I’d be honored to paint it for you.
